No, otherwise the shield makes no sense for HF! PROFIBUS connectes the shield to all involved enclosures, which all are individually connected to protection earth. A ground loop in the shield is of no danger, due to the symmetric signaling and the use of soft grounding. You won't see anything on the a-line and b-line.
