I agree if you, it MAY not transmit pressure and absolute position, but how can I know it is able? I cant find its datasheet, please help me find it. Oh, but this is exactly the point. These devices, as they are manufactured for a particular model of a particular manufacturer's laptop, DON'T have published datasheets - they are not intended to be used OUTSIDE that laptop! So, what you are left with, is to thry to guess its function. As long as it serves as a _standard_ PS/2 mouse, very well, you can use it as such quite easily. But beyond that, you are left in deep waters alone. The only thing you could possibly do is, IF there is a utility displaying the absolute position/pressure, to sniff the communication between the device and PC running that software. But I doubt this is the case here. So, unfortunately, I am afraid you have to give it up... Jan Waclawek |
