Agreed, Nuvoton now have flyers on two new 8051 families here http://www.nuvoton.com/hq/suppor..._locale=en N76E88X is a Wide Vcc, Wide Temp, 1T part, in compact 10/16/20/28 pins, and N79E715 is a 4T family, in less compact Std SO 16/20/28 all 16KF/512R (16KF in SO16 is a nice part), this N79E series looks to be a footprint-upgrade, and designed or backward code compatible. (maybe wave solderable?) Holtek have small 8051 due this quarter, and Megawin have added wide Vcc parts in LQFP32/SO28 |
