Sonic weapon used in Cuba. Any one know what type weapon could be used? FBI can not figure it out. And how close would it have to be to do harm to someone? How small could it be to be effective? I never expected to ever read about weapon of this type in the news being used on anyone from United States. Should some one being able to detect it when it used? Every weapon has it's own signature so why can't anyone find it?
