I am using 12 controllers as counters.
Counting time between two interrupts.
One controller for communication with pc

only one R-C for reset pulse generation providing reset pulse to all 13 microcontrollers.

Only one crystal oscillator for all, one controller driving other.

Is this scheme reliable for 13 controllers.
I've seen one circuit using same scheme with pf in between input & output of two oscillators.& crystal connected to only one controller on the board
