Atmel has published preliminary complete datasheet about their new MCU named AT89C51RE2. The highlights of the new product are:
- 128kb of program memory (with original banking method which allows to use external program memory as well);
- 8kb of built-in expanded RAM;
- Extended stack space upto 512 bytes;
- On-chip Debug via 2 wires;
- Two UARTs.
